By using Swirl, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Swirl provides a platform for customers to discover ice cream trucks and for approved vendors to share their location while online. We do not sell ice cream directly and are not responsible for vendor food quality, pricing, or availability.
Driver requirements
Drivers must maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance as required by their municipality and province. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Acceptable use
- Do not spoof location or impersonate another vendor.
- Do not harass users or other drivers.
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Swirl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
